Cash Hartley was born at the formerly known Baptist Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee, three floors below where famous country musician Johnny Cash lay on his deathbed at the time. As a Tennessee based designer Hartley’s porfolio presents his his exploration of Southern culture and the impact it has on his life. Hartley’s work highlights music and regional environments as reocurring themes throughout multiple media like publication, animation, and photography. This practice also finds it’s way into Hartley’s client work, creating assests for various companies to express their unique regional culutre and mission to serve the community.
